The outer dome of the nuclear island of Unit 1 of the Taipingling Nuclear Power Plant in Huizhou, Guangdong was poured on May 30, which means that the main structure of the first unit of my country's first ecological nuclear power plant has been completed. Unit 1 is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2025. It is also the first "Hualong One" nuclear power unit in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which can provide 10 billion kWh of clean electricity per year.
